Our team story
Amber is one of our promising interns who joined us in 2020. We first met Amber following a lecture we presented at Swinburne University on the power industry and renewable energy. Amber is passionate about creating a better future for her communities and has a strong eagerness to contribute in everything that she does.
We are so proud to have Amber as part of our team and to help her on her journey to becoming a successful engineer. We can’t wait to see what she will do in the future!
Graduate and internship program
The aim of our graduate and internship program is to advance the practice of engineering by accelerating the development of high-performing team members through an immersive program. This program will provide real-life engineering challenges that will complement their engineering studies, build their confidence, and enable them to contribute to the engineering community early in their careers.
What we are looking for from you:
- Passionate about all things power and energy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to take on new opportunities
- Be prepared to ask questions and challenge the norm
Our commitment to you will be:
- Six-monthly rotations between practice areas to experience all the different facets of the power industry
- Assisting you to accelerate your technical and business skills through on the job training
- Immersion in an exciting and challenging technical working environment
- Access to our world-class power systems subject matter experts
