Flexible working policy

We value our employee’s personal choices and are committed to implementing family-friendly policies to assist employees to achieve life genuine balance, whilst supporting the requirements of the business.

Parental leave policy

We are committed to implementing family-friendly policies that provide both flexibility and financial support to parents whilst they raise their families. Our Parental Leave policy provides paid leave options for both the primary and secondary caregiver, providing the support that exceeds ‘best practice’ (as defined by the Federal Governments Workplace Gender Equality Agency).

For the Primary Carer
  • Provides for 14 weeks paid leave (including superannuation and other leave accruals) for the nominated primary caregiver upon the birth or adoption of each child, based on the employees standard working hours.
  • This leave is to be taken within 12 months from the birth of each child
  • Leave is to be taken in one un-broken period
  • Parental leave (unpaid) can be taken for a period of up to 2 years

For the Secondary Carer

  • Provides for 6 weeks paid leave (including superannuation and other leave accruals) for the secondary carer, up on the birth or adoption of each child, based on the employees standard working hours.
  • Leave is to be taken in one un-broken period
  • This leave is available to be taken within 12 months of the birth of each child
